Snappa is not working properly. What do I do?

If Snappa is not functioning properly or you’re unable to save or download an image, we recommend performing the following troubleshooting steps:

#1 Ensure you’re on a laptop/desktop computer running Windows or Mac OS X. Snappa won’t run properly on mobile devices or non Windows/Mac operating systems.

#2 Upgrade to the latest version of Chrome or Firefox. If you’re using an outdated version of Chrome or Firefox, certain functions might not work properly. We highly recommend keeping your browser up to date.

#3 Log out and log back into the app. If you’ve been inactive for a long period of time, your session may have expired. Logging out and logging back in will create a new session.

#4 Disable your browser extensions and/or AdBlocker. Certain AdBlockers and browser extensions have been known to interfere with Snappa. Try disabling them and see if that resolves the issue.
